When will my order ship?

 

On our homepage, you will find our current process times.  Process times do not include the shipping time.  If you have a concern about your order arriving in time for an event, please contact us by email at CastleCoShop@gmail.com.

  

Will my order arrive before I leave for my trip?

 

How exciting!  You have a magical trip planned!  If you need your item(s) before a certain date, please add a note at checkout.  Please add the date you need the item by.  If the item(s) are needed in a very shirt timeframe, please contact us first before placing the order to make sure we can accommodate.

 

There are also shipping upgrades at checkout to allow you to rush an order. 

 

 

Are there any promo codes or sales that I can use?

 

Any current sales will be announced on our homepage.  Our best promo codes can be found by subscribing to our mailing list.  Other promo codes could be found by following us on Instagram. 

 

  

I don’t like what I received.  Can I return it?

 

At this time, we do not accept returns unless there was an error made by the seller.  Many of our items are made-to-order meaning its specific to your color preference and size.  If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us right away and we will be more than happy to work with you to help resolve the issue.  Thank you for understanding.

 

 

I received this item as a gift but I don’t love it.  Can you help?

 

Yes!  No matter what the reason, we’re happy to exchange the item for a shop credit of the purchase price or a different size or color.  Don’t worry, we won’t tell them you’re exchanging the item.

I would like to order a large amount of items.  Do you give a bulk discount and can you accommodate?

 

Yes and Yes!  We happily accept large bulk orders.  We do offer bulk discounts on all of our products.  If you’re interest in ordering in bulk, please contact us at CastleCoShop@gmail.com and we can discuss all the details.
